I have had some comments from bloggers that they dont think I should reveal that I am a food critic. I DONT!!!! The only 1 exception was after the fact when I was getting no response from the restaurant or management. It was the following day when I contacted the corporate headquarters for the restuarant.
A few times I have told management about my reviews after I have eaten and paid. I will do this sometimes when I have been thoroughly impressed by a restaurant.
